Our target audience was those interested in the benefits of Captive Insurance and Off-shoring. This specific audience included:
- C-suite Executives of Multi-National Companies across UK, Ireland, and South Africa
- Decision makers–CFOs and CEOs across UK, Ireland and South Africa
- Insurance brokers in the North West and North East England, Scotland and Ireland
- Influencers from the Top 4 Accounting Firms; PWC, Ernst & Young, Deloitte and KPMG
With only one month we had a target of hitting 100 sign-ups to the event.
Digital Willow approach
To deliver this challenging task we utilised the following platforms; LinkedIn, Google Search and Programmatic Advertising. To reduce the number of steps needed to sign up and grow attendance we recommended and used innovative formats called Lead and Event Ads. We were able to generate a cost per sign up of only £2.85. As such Captive Insurance was one of the first international organisations to use LinkedIn’s Event Ad. In this way, Digital Willow ensured that our campaign was at the forefront of leading advertising initiatives.
We not only used paid formats but also influenced organic social media conversations posting in groups such as; Captive Insurance Group and Captive Insurance and Risk Retention Group Network.
This event was the second campaign we were asked to run for the Finance team, following our proven successes earlier that year. We drove over 850 new users to the event page and on the day, 86 people attended. A thrilling achievement within 4 weeks.
