Digital Willow maintains international privacy standards of countries within which they are actively advertising. Furthermore, as a trusted consultancy business, Digital Willow is committed to safeguarding the privacy of clients and by way, their extended customer data.
In this Agreement the following terms and phrases shall have the following meaning unless the context requires otherwise:
The Client: A company who has commissioned Digital Willow to aid and assist in marketing their product or services.
The Customers: The end user(s) of a product or service, who’s like to have paid for the goods/services directly with the Client.
Potential Customers: A customer may not have purchased a product or service as this point in time, however is identified as being a potential customer in the future.
It is necessary for Digital Willow to collect personal information from Potential Customers on behalf of The Client when running communication campaigns. Digital Willow may collect, store and use the following kinds of information and personal data (“Collected Information”):
(a) information about Potential Customers and Customers who visit and make use of the Client’s websites;
(b) information about any transactions carried out between Customers and/or Potential Customers on or in relation to the Clients website, including information relating to any purchases made of
goods or services;
(c) information that Customers or Potential Customers may provide for the purpose of registering with the Client and/or subscribing to the Client’s website services and/or email notifications.
Types of Collected Information
(a) We may collect information about Potential Customer and/or Customers computer and their visits to the Client’s website such as; IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views.
(b) The information collected may include names, addresses, email addresses, social media ID’s, telephone and fax numbers and, where specifically authorised, credit card details.
(d) We may send one or more cookies which may be stored by Customers or Potential Customers browser on their computer. The information we obtain from cookies is part of the Collected Information.
Most browsers allow Customers and Potential Customers to refuse to accept cookies. (For example, in Internet Explorer you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy”, and selecting “Block all cookies” using the sliding selector.) This will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites.
(e) We may use page scraping technology to collect Potential Customer data from public websites where data is readily accessible and publicly listed; such as LinkedIn 3rd degree connections.
How Do We Respond?
Digital Willow will only collect information that is necessary for our mission and ministry in delivering communication campaigns. If you become aware that we are holding information which is incorrect, out of date or no longer required, please notify us so that it can be amended or destroyed. This will be done in a secure and sensitive way.
Use and Disclosure
The typical circumstances in which Digital Willow will use this information are as follows:
(a) To market product or services on behalf of our clients via email or the internet.
(b) To improve The Clients website usability
(c) To improve the browsing experience by personalising the Potential Customer or the Customers landing page
(d) To advise customers of new initiatives, programs and products available,
(e) To maintain accurate listings of denominational clergy,
(f) Billing/debt recovery where applicable.
We will only ever collect data that has been listed publicly or made available to us by Customer or Potential customers permission. We will never use page scraping technology to gather data that is intentionally hidden or private.
All information held by Digital Willow will be relevant to the functions of fulfilling our mission; helping CEO’s, Marketers and Entrepreneurs grow their business through digital marketing. The data will be maintained to the best of our ability in a form that is accurate, complete and up to date.
Digital Willow has made this material available to clients to inform them of its policies on management of personal information. On request, Digital Willow will let its clients know what type of information we hold in relation to themselves or their customers, who we collect it from, for what purposes we hold the information, how we collect it, hold, use and disclose that information.
Access and Correction
Clients may request access to their information held by Digital Willow.
We would encourage that any incorrect personal information is updated in due course.
(a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
(b) in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
(c) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).

We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of Customer and Potential Customer information. Data transmission over the Internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet.
We will have store all the personal information within our secure servers on the cloud.
