Before starting her this business she worked at all of the top 5 global media companies taking the best and leaving the worst of their practices. Her experience has been solidly built at; OMD (Omnicom), Starcom (Publicis), Carat (Dentsu Aegis), Universal McCann (McCann Erickson, Group M (WPP).

During this time she reached Partner level where she was in charge of multi-million dollar media accounts in a variety of countries.
